Having good experience in the field of law, he has worked on dispute resolution and conflict management in Kashmir. His area of interest includes tribals and ethnic groups of J&K and other Himalayan states of India.

He has now embarked on a mission to establish ORAC as a hub for innovative ideas and actionable insights. In an era where collaboration is paramount, Fahad has brought together experts from diverse fields, fostering an environment where pioneering research converges with conflict resolution to illuminate innovative pathways. Having established successful businesses, and now having the time and the resources, he now hopes to bring a change at the ground level in the sectors of employment generation, skill development, education, and health focussing on the farthest parts of the country which require special attention from the world community.

A professional film maker, producer and art director with more than 10 years of experience in film making. He is a law graduate and has attended multiple specialisation programs at London School of Economics and Political Science. He is an avid traveler having keen interest in spirituality, likes to indulge in creativity and believes it to be thoroughly nourishing emotionally as well as intellectually.

Has had a long association with different government departments in producing and designing of different performing arts. His special interest lies in traditional art and craft. He has been instrumental in building diverse programs for youth engagement and career building with the government.

Rahil stands as a pivotal figure within ORAC, leveraging his decade-long experience in orchestrating social work and community development through two prominent NGOs: Human Welfare Organisation and Jan Shiksha Sansthan. His focused efforts in the domains of education and skill development, spanning across remote corners of the nation including Assam and Jammu & Kashmir, have been instrumental in shaping ORAC’s endeavours.

With a notable outreach that has witnessed the transformation of over 15,000 individuals through training initiatives, his extensive network traverses the length and breadth of the country. His multifaceted background encompassing corporate financing and marketing enhances his prowess as a strategic mastermind and adept organizer within ORAC.
