He is a trained lawyer with a specialization in international law and conflict diplomacy. Having good experience in the field of law, he has worked on dispute resolution and conflict management in Kashmir. His area of interest includes tribals and ethnic groups of J&K and other Himalayan states of India.

He has now embarked on a mission to establish ORAC as a hub for innovative ideas and actionable insights. In an era where collaboration is paramount, Fahad has brought together experts from diverse fields, fostering an environment where pioneering research converges with conflict resolution to illuminate innovative pathways. His ability to communicate intricate concepts with clarity has made ORAC not only a center of intellectual rigor but also a platform for informed policy-making.

Has previously worked with American Express, HDFC Bank, and Nestle Dubai, owing to which he has consolidated a network of highly impactful and influential individuals and organizations spanning from business magnates, head of states security experts, and policymakers to international social and financial institutions, from all major countries of the world.

Having established successful businesses, and now having the time and the resources, he now hopes to bring a change at the ground level in the sectors of employment generation, skill development, education, and health focussing on the farthest parts of the country which require special attention from the world community.

Misbah Syed is a digital designer, creator and a finance enthusiast and a pitch deck artist with an MBA.

She is the creator and owner of Mashq Studio, a graphic designing studio.
