India needs the growth of independent forums and platforms which could critically examine the challenges of the 21st century and develop coherent policy research. ORAC has been established with the purpose of bringing together policymakers, economists, legal experts, researchers, and social and political activists to present the agenda for reforms.

At ORAC we give an insight into how professional and systematic research and policy development work is done. This think-tank functions as a knowledge management institution and data analytical consultant, a unique and a first of its kind initiative.
